Cyber Metadata (ipok.dev) is a self-built IP reputation / network-intelligence and multi-region measurement platform. We have one goal: explain clearly whether an IP is clean and what a network is — and back every verdict with evidence.

What we do

Enter any IPv4 / IPv6 address on the home page (or leave it empty to check your own exit) and the Site returns an explainable cleanliness score: VPN / proxy / Tor detection, datacenter / residential / mobile type, ASN ownership, geolocation and threat-intel hits, with per-scenario suitability for sign-ups, payments, streaming and AI. You can also run the full deep check — split-exit, DNS leak, WebRTC / dual-stack consistency and AI / streaming reachability in one pass — or browse the ASN directory for network ownership.

Why the verdicts are trustworthy

• Self-built, auditable datasets: cleanliness is not a black-box number. Each signal (ASN type, threat-intel density, residential-proxy databases, reverse DNS, passive-DNS history) contributes a listed, auditable delta. The underlying datasets ship as versioned releases you can download and diff on the datasets page.
• Real multi-region measurement: latency, split exits and reachability are measured by probes deployed across regions, not read from a static table alone.

Positioning

The Site provides probabilistic guidance from public and self-built data to help you understand an exit IP's profile and network quality, with no warranty of any kind; how you use the results is your decision and responsibility.

Privacy

When providing checks, the Site collects the network and technical information necessary to provide the service; exit IPs are de-identified server-side. See the Privacy Policy.
