它从我们的多区域节点（本站 API 服务器 + 香港 / 德国 / 美国等探针）向各服务端点发起请求，得到一个「区域 × 服务」的可达性矩阵。覆盖 Claude、ChatGPT、Gemini、Grok、Midjourney，以及 Netflix、YouTube、Disney+、Spotify。
三种状态怎么判
- 可达（reachable）：拿到了 HTTP 响应——哪怕是 401「需要密钥」，也说明网络路径是通的；
- 受限（restricted）：能连上但被拦截 / 挑战（403、429、451）——通常是风控或地区封锁；
- 不可达（unreachable）：完全没有响应（超时 / 拒绝 / DNS 失败）——这条线路连不通。
它等于「我的 IP 能不能用 ChatGPT / Netflix」吗？
不完全是。本页测的是各区域节点的网络可达性（哪条线路 / 区域能连通 AI），反映线路层面的连通性；而你自己的出口 IP 是否会被 AI 风控（机房 IP 被 OpenAI 挑战、所在地区被封等）是另一层判断，在 IP 体检页基于你的出口地区与类型给出。流媒体同理，探针路径可达不代表账号、订阅或片库一定解锁。两者结合才完整——用完整深度检测。
常见问题
显示「可达」但我还是登不上 AI？
「可达」只代表网络路径通；能否实际使用还取决于账号、地区策略、以及你的出口 IP 是否被风控。可达是必要条件，不是充分条件。
显示「可达」就代表 Netflix 解锁吗？
不代表。这里测的是服务入口和网络路径，片库解锁还取决于账号、DNS、出口 IP 类型、服务侧地区策略等。

What this tool measures
From our multi-region nodes (this site's API server plus probes in Hong Kong / Germany / the US and more), it requests each service endpoint and builds a "region × service" reachability matrix. It covers Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Midjourney, plus Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and Spotify.
How the three states are decided
- reachable: got an HTTP response — even a 401 "needs a key" means the network path works;
- restricted: connects but is blocked / challenged (403, 429, 451) — usually risk control or a regional block;
- unreachable: no response at all (timeout / refused / DNS failure) — the line cannot connect.
Is this the same as "can my IP use ChatGPT / Netflix"?
Not exactly. This page measures network reachability from each region's nodes (which line / region can reach AI or streaming endpoints) — connectivity at the line level. Whether your own exit IP is risk-controlled by AI (a datacenter IP challenged by OpenAI, a blocked region, etc.) is a separate judgement, given on the IP-check page from your exit's region and type. For streaming, endpoint reachability also does not guarantee account, subscription, or catalog unlock. You need both — use the full deep check.
FAQ
It shows "reachable" but I still cannot log in to AI?
"Reachable" only means the network path works; whether you can actually use it also depends on your account, regional policy, and whether your exit IP is risk-controlled. Reachable is necessary, not sufficient.
Does "reachable" mean Netflix is unlocked?
No. This measures the service entry point and network path. Catalog unlock also depends on account state, DNS, exit-IP type, and the service's regional policy.
Which region / line works?
Look at the regions marked "reachable", then pick a line together with your own exit profile. To learn whether your exit is clean or leaking, run the full deep check.
